Minimal system:
If you don't like to edit the configuration file by hand, this utility can do it for you in Windows9x. It has all the possebilities of Bullet Creator neatly layed out on tabsheets and offers handy things like color pickers to avoid the hassle of entering color values manually.
It's available in two flavours, the whole package with VB5 stuff (1.511.715 bytes), or just the core if you already have the VB5 stuff (64.268 bytes).
More info can be found at DeCa SoftWare (in italian).
If you haven't already got a program that can convert between TGA and JPG, I recommend The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG software because the system requirements for that program are in the same league as Bullet Creator's. These JPEG utilities you can use to convert the TGA output of Bullet Creator to JPEG images, or to convert JPEG images to TGA for texture mapping in Bullet Creator. There are two versions for MS-DOS: jpeg6b.zip (187 kb.) for 286- systems and jpeg6b32.zip (285 kb.) for 386+ systems. For more information on using The Independent JPEG Group's JPEG software with Bullet Creator, see the Appendix.
