This is the no-frame version, there is also a version with frames available. This site is devided into sections. Each section consists of one or more pages. At the top and bottom of each page is a small navigation menu which can be used to go to the next page, previous page or the table of contents. If a page is the last one in a section it can be used to go to the first page of the next section. If a page is the first in a section the menu has a link to the first page of the previous section.
All external links stay in the frames of this site, unless the external site decides to load in another way.
