-s : Forming the plural
Plural is always s after a word. Only if s is already the last sound, the plural is formed by the sj sound.
-e : past time
-t : single
Verbs are always regular:
- the single form is formed by putting a t behind the verb
- the past is formed by putting an e behind the verb
- notice that by putting -e behind a word a noun can also be in past time (humnie: the child that was) and by putting a -t behind a plural noun as "mürq" a single form can be made
Example:
| I am | jah et | I have | at |
| I was | jah ete | I had | ate |
| we are | jahs e | we have | a |
| we were | jahs ee | we had | ae |
Making verbs from nouns
To make a verb out of a noun is rather simple. It is done by putting one of the common verbs behind the noun.
Example
| to see | viztu | (sight+to do) |
| to work | abta | (work+to have) |
| to be at work | abte | (work+to do) |
| to speak | klahsni | (words+to make) |
