If web­de­sign­ers ac­cept that most users are to ig­no­rant to even uti­lize the most ba­sic fea­tures of HTML and CSS, what's the point of us­ing HTML and CSS? Is it just some­thing to fill the band­width un­til every site can stream video so users don't have to read any­more?
