Sun­day was the day Gentle­men were play­ing at Kop van Lom­bokun­st, when the weath­er was OK. And the weath­er was very OK. The rest was bizarre. First you knock down a block of build­ings, then you put a 7 feet high fence around it, in a cor­ner you put a small truck act­ing as a stage. On the stage you have rock­ers per­form while the au­di­ence is on the oth­er side of the fence spread out over a kind of not used bi­cy­cle lane and a bus stop. Around this is Utrecht Cen­tral sta­tion, high-rise ho­tels, a ful­ly func­tion­al mosque, a shoar­ma place and cruis­ers and oth­er city folk en­joy­ing the nice weath­er. And a guy in a black suit wear­ing a black tie, who isn't in any of these pic­tures of the gig.
