Wed­nes­day the weath­er was re­al­ly nice so in­stead of go­ing home I once again stayed on the train some­what longer, and this time I end­ed up in Arn­hem. The sta­tion is still a mess due to con­struc­tion ac­tiv­i­ties, but the two tow­ers are al­ready mak­ing progress. The city is - like Den Bosch - nice, but again the weath­er helped a lot. While Arn­hem is lo­cat­ed along the Rhine, there isn't a link with it from the city, and the bor­ders are de­sert­ed and in­dus­tri­al. An ex­cep­tion to this are the ArtEZ build­ing and the mu­se­um of mod­ern art area on the high bank in a curve of the riv­er.
