Cristi­na Sala got me on the RSS wag­on. Which is weird be­cause not long ago I was in­volved in the BNN weblogs and to­tal­ly didn't get "syn­di­ca­tion" (Some­thing to do with Ice-T?). Prob­a­bly be­cause not a lot of sites were us­ing RSS at that time, and the sites us­ing it were blogs writ­ten by peo­ple who think it's cool to have the "Valid XHTML1.0 Valid CSS2.0 WCAG1.0 ATOM RSS" mantra on their pages. But now there is in­ter­est­ing con­tent, us­able RSS read­ers, and even one I can use on the XS4ALL shellserv­er so I can roam with­out hav­ing to read the same news twice. It's called snownews and was al­ready in­stalled on the serv­er. So the cur­rent screen ses­sion has 3 win­dows: mutt, slrn and snownews.
