Spyker Spyder

It seems I forgot a few brands in the list. There
are also TVRs and Spykers. But what were they
thinking when they came up with the name Spyker
Spyder? How are we supposed to pronounce that?
Spijker Spijder? Spaiker Spaider? Spijker Spaider?

Anyway, I like those sportscars on the Elbchaussee
because they are so low their right side rear view
mirror is lower than my bar-end. A VW Golf for
example has it's right side rear view mirror at the
same height as my bar-end is, I noticed.
