MN Toucan

This morning I noticed the MN Toucan moored at XFW.
Near it two huge mobile cranes, and soon a barge
arrived on the scene. On the barge a big white
tube, but since it didn't have the typical shape of
an airplane I figured it was probably just a new
container for some beverage for their cantina or
something. Because then I didn't know MN Toucan was
purpose designed for a charter for Arianespace. So
what does an Ariane 5 ECA launcher look like?
