Red5 0.3

Because I don't understand Eclipse unless someone tells me exactly where to click with what button - and because I'm lazy - I used the Red5 0.3 Windows installer this time, instead of SVNing the latest in Eclipse and building and running the stuff myself. But the installer works excellent and the demos walk with it. The only small catch was that in red5.properties the server is configured to listen on localhost, but after changing that to a more appropriate interface I could run the demos on my iBook of a Linux webserver and connect to the Red5 server on the Windows 2000 box. And to top it of I installed Riva FLV encoder (by VNCing into the Windows box, because I'm lazy), encoded some .mpg video I had laying around, moved it into the right directory and streamed that one from the Red5 server to my iBook. And I found that very impressive. I hope I can keep up with the developments in Red5 like this and maybe run something on a production server later this year, but already seriously playing around with it rocks as well. TNX Red5 team!

re: Red5 0.3
ive installed it yesterday on my own machine(localhost) and i managed to add a new application to stream back video to me. this worked.
however im having a serious problem when i moved it onto my production server.
i put it on there... and i edited the conf/red5.properties file to input the ipaddress of the server, the local ip of it 128.1.1.25
again, when i change the path in my fla, this works a charm.
HOWEVER, the real issue is... when i want to access my server from the outside, the ipaddress changes to 213.94.202.73 and i change the path in my fla but it doesnt work :(
i would love if you can give me some guidance here on how i can make this work... or where does the problem lie?
maybe you could send me your red5.properties file and give me some idea about the meanings of the value pairs in there!
i think you could help me out here as you seemed to have gotten it working on your instances!!!
